My stay at the hotel was quite disappointing. The rooms were not ready at check-in time, which left me waiting for over an hour, and the bathroom cleanliness was lacking. Having booked for three adults, I was surprised to find only a bed for two. The dining experience was also frustrating, taking an hour and a half for our food to arrive. Overall, it felt like my trip was significantly impacted by these issues.
